Learn-to-Swim:
In SwimAmerica Learn-to-Swim stations 1-5, school aged children (4+) learn basic safety skills, proper air exchange, floating, kicking and freestyle with side breathing. Class placement is based on ability and children advance independent of others. Swimmers earn an award when they master the skills of one station and graduate into the next.

White Team:(formerly Stroke Team stations 8-10) This group is now part of SwimTulsa to help introduce competitve swimming. Go For The Gold Meets:
Swimmers in Stations 6 -7 are encouraged to participate in Go For The Gold meets as an introduction to competitive swimming. These are intrasquad meets held at the Union pool on a regular practice night. The cost is $5.
Facility:
SwimAmerica programs are held indoors at the Union Natatorium 10100 E 61st St Tulsa, OK 74133. The pool is located in the 6th and 7th Grade Center on S. 61st between Mingo and HWY 169.

Lessons will be offered for stations 1-7 at 9am, 9:50am, 10:40am, 11:30am, and 12:20pm.

Class details Learn to Swim Stations 1-6:
* Choose to swim one or two lessons each week
* 40 minute lessons begin at 6:00pm and are offered Monday - Thursday
* Swim one lesson each week (9 lessons) $103.50 ($90.00 Union Patrons)
* Swim two lessons each week (18 lessons) $207.00 ($180.00 Union Patrons)
Class details Stations 7:
* Swim up to four practices each week on a come as you like basis.
* Fees: 9 weeks of Stroke Team $207.00($180.00 Union Patrons).
* Station 7: 40 minute practices begin at 6:00pm Monday - Thursday
All fees must be paid and forms complete before your child may swim.
